Patrick is a real pro, so he had a lot of insight to share on understanding the game and strategies for playing it well, over the long term. Tl;dr: play long term games with long term people.
My favorite thing about this conversation is its honesty; Patrick and I dive deep on several subjects and he is open with sharing real but thoughtful opinions. I believe this quality is also reflected by Patrick’s authenticity in his work, which in turn has become a driver for his success. As humans, there are few things we love so well as truth.
